About the shaver

Will it work if I have long hair?

Not directly. A rotary shaver is built for stubble and short growth. If your hair is longer than a few millimeters, use the included clipper head first, then switch to the rotary head for a close finish.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes. The shaver is designed for wet and dry use, so you can run it dry or with shaving gel or foam in the shower.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 90 minutes of runtime per full charge. For most men that is several weeks of touch-ups between charges. It charges over USB.

Is it loud?

Operating noise sits between 36 and 45 dB, which is closer to a normal conversation than to a power tool. You can use it early without waking the house.

Will it irritate my scalp?

If you are switching from a manual razor or a foil shaver, give your skin about a week to adjust. Use light pressure and slow circular passes. Pressing harder does not shave closer, it only irritates the skin.

How do I clean it?

Rinse the head under running water and shake it dry. The whole body is washable, so there is no disassembly and no picking hair out of corners. Use the included brush for the blade housing when needed.

What is included?

The shaver, a clipper head, a nose and ear trimmer head, a scalp massager head, a cleaning brush and a charging cable.

Can I use it on my face and beard?

Yes. The rotary head works on head, face and neck. For beard shaping and buzz cuts, use the clipper head.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders while the current promotion is active.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, weather and demand. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders move into fulfillment quickly, and once a package is on its way the address can no longer be changed. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Requests related to product issues can be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included, and the issue must be a verified manufacturing defect. Supporting photos are required. How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are generally completed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.
