Return & Refund Policyµ
Eligibility Requirements
Requests related to product issues may only be considered within 14 days of delivery and must fully comply with all policy conditions.
To qualify for review:

The product must be unused

The issue must be a verified manufacturing defect present before use

The item must remain in its original packaging

All original accessories and contents must be included
-
The product must show no signs of use, damage, misuse, modification, or improper handling
Claims involving products that have been used will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Evidence Requirements
To ensure a fair evaluation process, customers may be required to provide clear supporting evidence of the reported issue.
This may include:

Clear photos of the product
-
Close-up images of the claimed defect
-
Images of the packaging and included contents
-
Additional verification materials if requested by our team
In certain cases, a minimum of 5 clear photos may be required for proper inspection and assessment.
Insufficient, unclear, edited, manipulated, or misleading evidence may result in rejection of the request.
Non-Eligible Situations
Voltra does not provide compensation, approval, or reimbursement for:

Damage occurring after product use

Wear and tear from normal usage

Improper handling or misuse
-
Accidental damage caused by the customer

Cosmetic packaging damage
-
Missing original packaging
-
Used products
-
Personal dissatisfaction after use

Requests submitted outside the 14-day eligibility period
Packaging imperfections caused during transportation are not considered product defects.
Review & Inspection Process
All requests are subject to a careful internal review and inspection process.
If our evaluation determines that:

the product does not contain a verified manufacturing defect,
-
the issue resulted from use or improper handling,
-
the provided evidence is insufficient or inaccurate,
-
policy conditions were not fully met,
-
or the policy is being misused in any way,
the request may be denied without compensation or reimbursement.
Voltra reserves the full right to reject any request that does not comply with our policy standards.
Refund Processing
If a request is approved after inspection and review, the refund process will begin once all procedures have been fully completed.
Refunds do not have a fixed processing date and may vary depending on the payment provider, review duration, and processing requirements. However, approved refunds are generally completed within a maximum of 14 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by Voltra after inspection.

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, operational delays, or external circumstances are not considered valid grounds for compensation or refund.
Policy Abuse
Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, exploit, or fraudulently benefit from this policy may result in:

denial of requests,

refusal of future service,
-
account restrictions,
-
or additional action where necessary.
